SEPT 16 - ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OPTIONS FOR LOCAL OFFICIALS

Michigan Association of Planning workshop to be held at Delta Township Hall 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A workshop designed to give you options for environmental protection in your community, and specific implementation tools that local government officials can use to make better decisions.

Who should attend? Planning commissioners, zoning board of appeals members, planning consultants, elected officials like city councils and township board members, county officials, planning staff.

Speaker Mark Wyckoff, FAICP, Professor and Director, Planning & Zoning Center at MSU, Senior Associate Director, Land Policy Institute, developed the workshop program and has updated the content. Wyckoff is a well known land use and planning expert, an engaging speaker, and highly regarded for his expansive knowledge and skills.
