Participants will have a better understanding of the issues and concerns of individual development and installation of solar panels, outdoor bio-fuel & wood burning furnaces, wind generators at residences and small businesses. Also focus on what would be inappropriate points to regulate, and what may be better not to regulate — from a zoning perspective.
